The following safety measures are in place throughout the Club. These are to enable us to comply with Government guidance on social distancing and to remain Covid-compliant.
Improved infection control measures
Hand-washing will be mandatory upon entering the Club.
Sprays and wipes will be used to clean tables/chairs after each use. Separate bins will be provided for the safe disposal of wipes/paper towels.
There will be a one-in, one-out system in use for all toilets.
A one-way system will be in operation – the back bar will be the entry route into the Club. The middle bar will be the exit route out of the Club as well as the route to the toilets in the hall, which will be the only toilets available for members to use. The back-bar toilet will be reserved for bar staff only.
Tables and chairs will be kept 2m apart inside and 1m apart outside.
The new social distancing requirements will inevitably mean that we will not be able to accommodate as many people in the Club as we previously could. We will therefore only allow members and partners in the Club; we will not permit visitors.
All internal doors in the Club will be kept open at all times.
There will be no seating at the bar. There will be table service only. Please adhere to the social distancing markers in place at all times.
We will continue to accept cash payments – hand-sanitisers will be provided for members and bar staff.
Pets will not be permitted in the Club.
You must sign the registration book upon entering and exiting the Club. This is for contact tracing purposes and is a legal requirement. Each day’s record will be retained separately and will be solely used for the purposes of contact tracing, before being securely destroyed.
We thank you for your patience and hope you understand that the measures we have taken are necessary to protect the safety and welfare of our staff and members at all times.
